Habits often begin in early childhood and continue throughout the different stages of our lives. Habits are self-initiated yet often feel inescapable. They can frequently reappear throughout stressful times in our lives and serve as a crutch to compensate for insecurities, nerves or discomfort.
Hypnosis is a proven method in which to treat many habit forming behaviors. Ongoing psychotherapy is an effective tool toward long-term habit breaking.
